Biolyzer Software Applications in Plant Photosynthesis Research
Here is a list of more than 70 bibliographic references wherein Biolyzer software as been cited as the tool for analysis of Chl fluorescence data. These are relevant scientific and technical reports and book chapters, scientific publications, professor habilitation thesis, posters, conference proceedings, PhD and gradute diploma thesis where Biolyzer software has been reported for analysis of chlorophyll a fluorescence data.
Our last update of this list was made in June 2009. There are many more publications where Biolyzer has been used, unfortunately, we have not all of them in our database. According to Prof. Reto Strasser, head of the Bioenergetics Laboratory of the University of Geneva, since 1995 until March 2009 there were more than 1000 published scientific articles reporting on the JIP-Test.
